To this end a Code of Ethical and Professional Conduct (Code) for Trustees, Committee members, and Employees and Representatives is in place to strengthen the Scheme’s ethical behaviour by establishing its responsibility for ethical conduct, outlining specific obligations, providing guidance to recognise and deal with ethical issues, and establishing mechanisms to report unethical conduct. Every Trustee, Committee member, Employee and Representative of the Scheme, has a responsibility to understand and comply fully with the relevant Code and all other policies of the Scheme.
